*Shipping to Okinawa and remote islands is not possible.

*Although we inspect the items before shipping, there are rare instances where the balloons may be damaged due to impact during shipping. Please be sure to place your order with plenty of time to spare.

*If you order other balloons together, the size of the box may change. Please note.

*Balloons are sensitive to temperature differences, deflating when exposed to cold air and expanding when exposed to warm air. Do not place it in extremely hot places such as in front of a stove or in direct sunlight.

*Never inhale the gas from the balloon. There is a risk of oxygen deficiency. Be careful not to cover the lost balloon over your head or play with the string.

*Please do not release this balloon. Please be careful when riding near power lines, roads, railroad tracks, or airports, as it can be dangerous.
