FAQ
How many days in advance should I order?
Please specify at least one week from your order date.
*Delays may occur due to busy seasons, weather, and traffic conditions. For birthdays, weddings, and other occasions where delays cannot be tolerated, we recommend that you pick up your package the day before, just in case.
*Normally, orders will be delivered within one week after receiving the order, but there may be delays due to busy seasons, weather, and traffic conditions. Please be forewarned.
Can I specify the date and time?
Yes. It is possible.
You can specify your desired delivery time as below. We use the delivery service of Sagawa Express, but please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the delivery area.

Can you ship nationwide?
We currently do not ship to Okinawa, remote islands, or overseas.
Can you make it to order?
Yes. It is possible.
We will create the product based on your image and budget.
Can you also decorate restaurants and hotels?
Yes, this is only possible within the 23 wards of Tokyo.
(Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on your schedule and budget.)
For customers in other areas, please use the plan where we will send you a decoration set with inflated balloons and have you decorate it yourself.

What payment methods are available?

[Customers who ordered by phone, email, or DM]
Bank transfer
*If paying by bank transfer, we will produce the item after confirming the payment.
When do I have to pay by bank transfer?
Payment must be made at least 5 business days before the desired delivery date.
If payment has not been confirmed by then, it will be treated as an automatic cancellation.
Will a receipt be included?
Since many people order this as a gift, we do not include a receipt or statement of delivery.
If you would like a receipt, please contact us via the contact page.
Please tell me about reshipping/forwarding.
If the product is returned to us by the shipping company due to the recipient being absent for a long period of time, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and reshipping fee.
Additionally, when transferring the delivery from one address to another, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred.
