What is Kotonobi?
A moment, a lifetime of memories . A small box gently placed by the bedside. The moment the candle is extinguished while making a wish, the ribbon is removed. We will help you create an unforgettable space.

About the balloon collection system
Unusually for a balloon shop, in order to reduce household waste, we have devised a unique balloon collection service in which balloons are sent back in a return envelope.
For customers who order balloons filled with helium gas, we will ship the balloons in a return envelope to put the used balloons in.
Regarding how to reply, please read the attached notes carefully before replying.
*Please be assured that used balloons will not be reused.
*Since the arrangement bouquet can be enjoyed for a long time, we do not have a balloon collection system.

About Kotonomi
