Balloons are delicate products.
Please be careful not to use it incorrectly.

・Balloons are sensitive to differences in temperature; they deflate when exposed to cold air, and expand when exposed to warm air. Do not place it in extremely hot places such as in front of a stove or in direct sunlight, or in extremely cold places.
-The color of the balloon in the photo and the actual balloon may differ slightly. Please note.
・Please be careful not to inhale the gas from the balloon. There is a risk of oxygen deficiency.
・Please do not release balloons. Please be careful when riding near power lines, roads, railroad tracks, or airports as there is danger.
-The weight is secured with tape, so please carefully remove it before use.
・Please do not put balloons in your mouth or play with burst balloons. Please be sure to be managed by an adult.
・Please be careful not to wrap the balloon string around your neck or cut your hands.
・Although we always inspect our products, due to the nature of balloons, they are made of extremely thin material, so there is a risk of them being damaged during transportation. We will check the item upon delivery and, in the unlikely event, we will replace it, but please allow 1-3 days for redelivery.

・We cannot accept cancellations after the production of the product has started, after the product has been ordered, or after the product has been shipped.
・If you cancel your credit card payment, even if we can accept it, you will be responsible for the handling fee.
・In the case of cancellation, bank transfer fees, etc. required for refund will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations for some products as stipulated in the return/exchange regulations above. Please note.

If the product is returned to our store by the shipping company due to the recipient being absent for a long period of time, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and reshipping fee.

Additionally, when transferring the delivery from one address to another, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred.

We take great care in manufacturing and packaging our products, but if by any chance the product is different from what you ordered or there is a defect, we will take responsibility for replacing it, so please contact us immediately. Masu.

In order to investigate the cause of defective products, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you return the defective product to your local Sagawa Express dealer by cash on delivery.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases: - If more than one week has passed since the product arrived without any special reason - If the product is damaged or soiled by the customer - If it has been used once *If the return or exchange is due to the customer's reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return fee. We will bear the cost of returning the product due to reasons such as poor quality of the product or receiving a product different from the one you ordered.
