We will help you create a memorable surprise in your hotel room or home.
All balloons will be delivered in an inflated state, and you can choose from two types: (1) a plan in which you decorate it yourself, and (2) a plan in which Kotonomi decorators will decorate it.
1.Home/Hotel decoration/Customer's own decoration
- Recommended use place: home, hotel, restaurant
- Reservation method: Purchase directly from the online site
All balloons will be inflated and shipped in a large cardboard box.
You can prepare it for a surprise, or decorate it with your friends and family!
The decorations will be completed in about 5 to 20 minutes after opening the cardboard box. (The average decoration time is written on each product page)
*If you wish to have balloons shipped directly to a hotel or restaurant, please obtain permission in advance before making a reservation.
2.Hotel decoration / Kotonomi decorator included
- Recommended use locations: hotels, restaurants, companies
- Decoration fee: Separate decoration fee will be charged depending on the date and time.

All products can also be made to order. If there is something that is not listed in the online shop or if you have an image of a balloon, please let the staff know.
We may have a meeting (phone/ZOOM) once. First of all, please contact us via the inquiry form or official line.
*If you wish to decorate a hotel, restaurant, company, etc., please obtain permission in advance before booking balloons.

② At the hearing , we will confirm the details of your consultation and summarize the image, budget, etc. If the product is already confirmed, we will start making samples.
③Sample confirmation <br/>If you wish, we will hold a meeting. You can directly view balloon types and color samples. (Available online)
*In the case of continuous large-volume purchases, we will make detailed decisions regarding future ordering methods to ensure there are no discrepancies.
④ Production We will begin balloon production according to the delivery date.
⑤Delivery We will deliver the balloons.
